Forum membership is for senior benefits, human resources, and payroll professionals whose organizations have outsourced one or more core services such as workforce administration, payroll, recruiting and staffing, health and welfare, pension, 401(k), learning or other administration.
- Eligibility. Membership is limited to senior HR professionals whose organizations have outsourced at least one core benefits and/or HR service.
- Attendance. Participating organizations may send one or two senior managers to each HR Outsourcing Forum meeting. Ideally, the same participant(s) attends all meetings to maximize the value of the Forum by sustaining continuity among the membership.
